Our group sessions include Circuits, MetCon, Cardio, and Core workouts, designed to build strength, endurance, and confidence at every level.
Our HYROX training covers everything from Engine and Sled-focused sessions to Power, Complete, and race-style workouts, preparing you to perform at your best.
ABOUT ME
Sport and fitness have always been a huge part of my life. From attending a “come and try” day at Kendal Athletics Club aged eight, I was hooked, and that passion has shaped both my career and family life.
As a busy mum of two sport-loving boys, I’ve always made time to train, and now I’m dedicated to helping others do the same. Competing at a high level in athletics sparked my interest in the science behind performance, leading me to study Sport and Exercise Science at Leeds Metropolitan University and spend 16 years teaching PE, including five as Head of Department.
I’ve since retrained as a Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist to support adults in finding exercise they truly enjoy. My approach is client-led and adaptable, with a strong focus on both physical and mental well-being, as well as the importance of recovery. Most importantly, I believe in building confidence—because you can do this, and I’m here to help every step of the way.
